Shannon Daugherty (24) and the Effingham volleyball team will take on Mattoon in the championship match of the IHSA Olney Regional, with a trip to sectionals at stake. Also, St. Anthony and Newton will be playing for regional titles in Class 2A, and Stew-Stras, St. Elmo, Windsor, Brownstown and Neoga will play for Class 1A regional titles.
